The Lancashire County Council sign can be seen, with enough similar space either side of the text.

Again the text can be seen, with similar amount of space either side of the text.

200 X 500
This time I included the very top of the building, along with the text. I added the top of the building because the traditional chimley's emphasise the building's age.
